If you love major lower body DOMS...

...you'll love this workout. It's by FitnessBlender on YouTube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnM9chgA8wQ[/url] and it's entitled 56 Minute Sweatfest Butt and Thigh Cardio Intervals. It's so much fun to do! I love most of the FitnessBlender workouts, but this one gives me DOMS like no other has and does it without one piece of equipment. It's 40 seconds on, 15 seconds off in groups of two (AB-AB format) and the workout flies by. I was so sore the first time I did it that it was even physically painful to sit on the toilet. It covers quads and hams and even some core. Kelli also shows low impact modifications. Give it try if you like to "hurt so good!"

I will try this tomorrow I think. I have been doing their Build a Booty routine a couple times a week bc it is so short (and awesome!!) but I don't want to burn out on it.

They have tons of lower body workouts. Just need to search for them! A lot of variety too.

wow. that was fun and a great workout. I really like her. I did an 8 minute ab routine after that. I need to check out more Fitness Blender workouts. I don't have streaming tv, but I used my Ipad.

can you gals recommend any other good Fitness Blender workouts? they have so many! i can't wait to try more. now i'm thinking about getting a new tv!

Have you looked on their actual website (and not through YouTube)? That way, you can search for the type of workouts you are looking for (HIIT, core, length for example).

My favorites are:
the HITT like a girl (there are 2)
HITT the deck cardio
When I say jump HITT
Red light, green light workout
Any of their pilates workouts
Plus tons more

Now if you want to look for these specific workouts, it'll be easier to find through YouTube because you are searching its name. However I highly recommend you watch the videos through their website so that they remain free what workouts do you like to do? Their search engine on their website is awesome. And if you really like them, I highly recommend their 1 or 2 month workout schedule (this you need to purchase though VERY affordable) since it lays out what to do on a daily basis. They have a lot of schedules.

I did check out their site, but wanted to hear your input. i will review it further! I like lower body and looking for more cardio. I liked the ab workout i did too. I liked the moves she did in the lower body--slight variations (side burpee and different moves with a "touch down"). I found it refreshing! thanks for the suggestions and can't wait to try more.
