Region free DVD player
Anyone have one and any one have any recommendations? I got Hour of Power which is a 0 PAL. I have been trying to unlock my current DVD Sony SR200P with little luck.

I bought the Philips DVP3560 from Walmart.com for $35.26 shipped. Amazon has it too but a little more expensive. I found the code on the Amazon review for the player.

Phyllis, my Hour of Power is also a region-free DVD and plays on all my players -- I'm sorry to hear it won't play on yours. I've heard Sonys are finicky, could it be a PAL issue? And have you tried playing it in your computer yet?
(Also recommending Philips which seem to be very easy to unlock.)

It must be a PAL issue. I haven't tried it on my computer yet but will do. I am still glad I bought this and will work it out someway. I am going to check the Philips that has been suggested. Also I haven't exhausted my attempts to unlock the Sony. I have 2 adult tech savvy sons so I will get them to try.
