I'n not an expert on the real vs bootleg issue, but I have noticed that my authentic Beachbody DVDs have barcodes on the inner rim of the DVDs, while many bootlegs will just have the title of the DVD. I thought I had an authentic version of Shaun T's Rockin Body, but when I later bought an add-on DVD that went with the set, it had the bar code. My original DVDs (bought a long time ago on eBay and Amazon) only had "Rockin Body" engraved on the inner rim. I thought they were real, because they were identical and I'd bought them from two different places, but I now think they are probably fake. (I still don't know for sure, though!)
They work perfectly, though, which is a small consolation, and I also don't believe I bought either DVD from an intentionally dishonest seller, because they were both selling lots of "normal, clean-out-the-spare-room" stuff, not just tons of DVDs, so I probably wouldn't have reported them even if I knew right away that the DVDs were fake.
