Thanks for the poem Alta! I don't post much, but I read VF often. I agree that VF has been one of the anchoring bright spots. So grateful to be here at VF.

Hope you have a wonderful, and less stinky, 2022!

I did a challenging yoga practice for New Year's Day, and, near the end, the mantra was "I am the light at the end of my tunnel."

It made me smile (I may have hmphed a little)

Alta, I love your poem. If you added one more line, then changed the line breaks, you would have a sonnet! It's hard to rhyme and make good sense in contemporary English. Well done!

I love your new avatar, too. Kudos on the pink hair.
