What about lower body strength?

The used ones on FB marketplace near me are going for about $50 without the tall arms. There are handles on the side but they do not extend up. The ones with the tall arms are going for quite a bit more. I shouldn't really be looking at any equipment since I am supposed to be downsizing...

the little handles on the side remove and than you would insert the tall arms and put those little handles on top.

the arms cost almost $60 on Amazon.

the videos so use the tall arms are Total Body Workout, Core Buns Thighs, and Favorite Moves.

here's the link to watch those videos - you might feel that the tall arms aren't really that important. i only wanted them because my back was in really bad shape and i needed them for balance and support.
