LOL on the cursing Kate! How hard are they? Is there a modifier? Would you classify them as very advanced?

Kathy, I've done three of the workouts in Week 1 and they were totally doable for me. I have had to modify very little although yes, there are modifications shown.

I'd say High Intermediate level. So far there has been minimal impact. I assume that may change as I go through the upcoming weeks, but there has been nothing in these workouts that I can't do so far.

Week 1 Push and Week 1 Pull totally doable - I put them together yesterday for a good long workout.

Week 1 Legs I did today and really liked it. Uses weights, sliders, loops and bodyweight.
Range and Repair is also good...a shorter workout that I am using as an add-on with lots of range of motion moves and stretches. Perfect for the end of a workout.

Thanks for the info Kate! They sound good! I will definitely check them out when they're offered on BOD next year.
