I've been doing the Classical Stretch 10 minute workouts on FaceBook on my lunch hour. I've been using my work computer. I don't log into to FaceBook at all on it and it lets me view them. You can see some things on FaceBook without having an account or logging in.

https://www.youtube.com/user/Workouthotel I really like this YouTube channel. This instructor has a lot of very good, short barre and Pilates inspired workouts. I also love Suzanne Bowen. She is probably my favorite barre instructor.

I did a Workout Hotel video yesterday. I was a little disappointed that it was "barre-inspired" without a barre in sight, but I'll keep looking!

I haven't done these in awhile but the only barre-like stuff I really took to was Tracey Effinger's Squeeze DVDs (there are some clips and segments on YouTube if you search there) and I think Total Fitness DVDs had 'em on sale recently. Jessica Smith's barre goodies on YouTube are also really good!

Squeeze is a GREAT suggestion. I used to love those. I had forgotten all about them.
