Here's an article in the NYTimes today on ballet companies resorting to online barre classes to keep in shape.

From the article you can follow links and leads to find some of these classes or individuals' workouts on YouTube. What's funny is seeing these professionals holding onto chairs and bannisters to do their class. Many of us are better equipped to workout at home than they are!
