Erica, thanks so much for the rec! I wasn't able to find that exact L'Oreal, but I got their Repair Conditioner (still with a flat top for turning upside down, haha). I used it for the first time yesterday. I wasn't sure it was doing much, but then I blew dry my hair with no styling products, and WOW, the pesky grays behaved, and my hair felt soft without being limp!

Do you use their shampoo, too? I was using Herbal Essences tea tree, which I liked, but I thought

Oh, I'm thrilled that you liked it!

I don't use their shampoo. I'm not all that particular about shampoo like I am with conditioner but I bet the shampoo is very good as well. If you end up trying it, please let me know!

Definitely a sign. I made an appointment at a new place so I'm just going for a trim. I hope I like the new stylist and then maybe I'll take the plunge and go shorter.

I just realized that I did buy the repair conditioner but haven't used it yet - it's in my Subscribe and Save Amazon order for this month. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0752CBW5T...4266720__em_rd It was a good deal.

That is a good deal! Looks like people generally liked it, although some reviewers said the formula changed - apparently I have the "new" formula (white) that some didn't like, but I obviously liked it! I saw that there were good reviews for the shampoo, too, so I might try that as well.

I keep seeing ads for Ursa Major skincare products. Has anyone tried them? I am tempted, but would love to see a "real" review first.

Least Stinky

I'm looking for a firm hold hair spray that doesn't stink, that doesn't overpower with scent.

Please. I'm desperate. Every decent firm hold hair spray smells like bug spray or a it's over-perfumed (I wanted to use a comparison entailing a teenage boy and AXE body spray but decided that was unfair to AXE).

have you tried Kenra brand? Or suave? It's been so long since I've used hairspray, but those were 2 I've used before.
