Wish these were dvds. Did you see Allie? I almost didn't recognize her. She is ripped! Very little body fat and those abs....wow!

They all look so beautiful...what amazing muscle tone. I like the looks of the workouts and especially liked that their voices actually sounded soothing as they instructed.

Wow! You ladies are enablers! Can someone please tell me about streaming as there is talk of this being streamed. How do I stream? After that how do I purchase these?

We don't have any information on how it will be streamed yet. Not many details are out yet. But trust me.... when they are I'll be shouting about them!

I had no idea Bemax was the old Firm, I thought their new name was going to be the Flex or something like that. I agree, they all look gorgeous!

The FLEX is the name of the gym. They were rebranding the home exercise portion and that is the BEMAX Fitness name.
