I just impulsively purchased tbis on the roost. Has anyone gotten good results with the program? Anyone still using it? I'm mostly looking for weight loss and toning. Thanks
I did the challenge last year? Not sure of the dates but it was when it first came out. I did 2a day back to back. Lost weight. Toned up. And yes I did get back into my skinny jeans. Not a goal for some but definitely a goal for me. I was very happy with the results. Since then I have continued doing them sporadically. I am now doing their 5 day a week 90 Day Fitness rotation and am on week 3. I really like these as they are 30 minute workouts that covers a lot. No dread at all. 30 minutes? I can do that.
