this one looks promising! the cueing looks good. still not going to preorder. i'm going to wait for reveiws, but so far i think i want it. i hope they keep it low impact.

I have seen a clip or two where they do tuck jumps and jump kicks so not sure how low impact it is going to be. On the one with the jump kicks, the other female instructor does demonstrate a low version as well. I don't know what a low impact tuck jump variation would be...squatting and then reaching up high?

Kelly Coffey-Meyer has tuck jumps in at least one of her DVDs. Lauren lifts one knee up at a time.

That is a good modification. I will try that. I can always get a few out but get tuckered out (no pun intended).
