During March, I began receiving email notifications again from Suzanne Bowen Fitness. Is anyone doing the Spring Into Fitness ‘22 program? I was wondering if she's putting up new content. Thanks for any info!

She has a free trial with no credit card needed -that's a plus

I just signed up for the free trial but any video I click on says, "Get Full Access," and requires that I join.

I think SBF’s free trial has changed to a week’s worth of workouts being emailed to you rather than access to her subscription site. I remember it changed a few years ago.

I have been missing traditional barre and joined again!

I don't know if there is new content yet, but what's there is new to me. It also looks like Suzanne is more active on social media now as well.
