Yes, episode 4. It's the full 42 min workout.

They're free on YouTube. I actually didn't the ball workout was good use of balls; I subbed weights for most of it. Some of the other of the four I liked better than the ball one.

YMMV

Yes! I was going to mention this but I am late to the party, I see He did these with Mindy Mylrea. I still have the cardio one (Cardio Mix and Melt) but got rid of the buns and thighs one. I remember really enjoying the Cardio one.
I just looked at what is left of my collection and I also have Mindy Mylrea's Total Body Double G workout. It uses gliders and a medicine ball.

Donna, would you please share a link? The only results I’m finding are “buy” options. Thanks

Confusing because of the similar titles:

Gin Miller Slim & Trim Weighted Ball Workout
is available free youtube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGbNoBvHKdc (all 4 workouts here) (weighted ball is 1:47 - 2:34)

FIRM Slim & Trim
I do not believe this is available free on youtube

i forgot to mention that i have a 2# ball that came with my Mitch Gaylord Melt It Off kit. the ball can bounce and it weighs 2#. it's air-filled and looks and feels like a small basketball, complete with little grippy "nubs". because it's air-filled, he has you do some moves where you're leaning on it, with your hand, one of your legs, etc., depending on the move.

i also have a Sports Authority hard, 4# ball. i believe it can bounce. it's very dense - probably made of dense rubber. i like the compact size for my small hands. i used it for one of Tracie's workouts. the surface is smooth.

i also have balls for body rolling, like with Jill Miller for example. i have 2 sizes of stability balls - a 65 cm Gymnic ball and a smaller ball that came with my MetRx kit.

like shoes, one can never have too many balls, both hard, squishy, and of varying weights!! yes, bzar has balls!

You did lol! You gifted it to me, but alas they never arrived. It was Play Ball and Play Ball in 4. Now I think I'm putting these on my wishlist
