There is a med call segment on the Biggest Lower Power Walk DVD. It's 15 minutes long. The other segments are basic walking, higher energy walking, and walking with weights.

Some of the original FitPrimes used a med ball.

Mitch Gaylord's Melt It Off is my favorite medicine ball workout series, and I also like the ones mentioned led by Tracie Long. I also have the Tina Smalley one too!

Someone mentioned Leslie Sansone - it's her WATP 3 workout series that uses it. I keep this set and her WATP Express and WATP Abs out for quick access! I use my 2# balls for walking workouts.

i own a lot of weighted balls from 1# up to 8#. The 8# is a Danskin that i purchased from either Ross's or Walmart.

Love this thread since I am on a med ball kick.

These are the ones I was aware of:

Love Cathe Live 308 Metabolic Med Ball Blast
The FIRM Fat-Burning Sculpting Ball Workout
Jessica Smith youtube: Cardio Ball Ballet, and Cardio Ball Blast
Jessica Smith DVDs:
Have a Ball (on Burn Fat and Have Fun DVD)
Walkstrong 3 Barefoot Cardio Core (but I like her youtube ones better)

Yesterday based on this thread I made several purchases:

1.) Mindy Myrea Med Ball Madness
T2B, thanks for bringing this one to my attention!
Did it this morning and I LOVED it. Nice metabolic/cardio, clean & colorful set, voice is clear & louder than music)
purchased download here for $9.99
https://mindymylrea.cinevee.com/med-ball-madness
It downloaded purple player install and "Video Download 1080p" file. The workout didn't show up in my purple player,
but I copied video download to my computer. It's an .mp4 and plays just like a Cathe Live

2.) Gin Miller Power Abs Medicine Ball Workout
This is free on youtube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QtsS8Y9hxo

Another Gin Miller workout mentioned here "Gin Miller Slim & Trim Weighted Ball Workout"
free on youtube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGbNoBvHKdc (all 4 workouts here) (weighted ball is 1:47 - 2:34)

3.) Patrick Goudeau

(login using purple player account if you have one)
I purchased Play Ball and Play Ball in 4 for $1.99 each. They showed up in purple player after I logged out and back in.

UGH! I little angry that I purchased these on DVD yesterday! Do you mean PlayBall4 and PlayBall 5? Is there yet another one?

I think I had Mindy's once... I love her but she's always so high impact and one of the things I love about the med ball workouts is that they are intense without all the impact. Definitely want to check out some of the free YouTube stuff though!

I think it's just Play Ball. Sort of looks like it's "Play Ball 5" because the med ball on the cover has the number 5 on it. But I don't think that's technically part of the workout title.

Thank you! I no longer have them so I could not remember the titles.

Thanks, I didn't know about Slim & Trim! I just purchased the SD version (they didn't have the HD version) on amazon prime for $1.99.
