Thank you! Not sure how I would do that... my phone would be way too small to see. Laptop maybe... I'll give it a try!

I may have this... I'll have to take a look. I have a lot of "gifted" Tracey DVDs...

I have not done this workout in a long time. Let me pull it out and preview it for you.

Gilad's Lord of the Abs (Maximum Abs) Heavy Ball Standing workout uses a medicine ball.

David-Dorian Ross Tai Chi Ball workout (for beginners.) He uses wooden balls but you could use any Leslie or Karen weighted squishy (or playground) ball.

Stott Pilates Strength and Agility:Pilates with a Medicine ball. I've never tried this one.

Stott Pilates Toning Ball workout uses squishy weighted 3lb balls.

The FIRM's ZIP Trainer series has a little weighted ball inside of it that you often use by itself. I find that the grip on it is a little wide for me, so sometimes I swap out a little squishier weighted ball that I have instead.

Her Walk Strong Burn Fat and Have fun dvd has a Have a Ball walk that is way fun. Both of these are low impact.
Thanks for the link! As for Burn Fat & Have Fun, I emailed a few days ago to ask if it's been discontinued and this was the response:

Tracie Long “Break Through”. Total Fitness has it.

I looked on YouTube not long ago and had trouble finding a good short cardio med ball workout. There are a few, though.
