Thanks! I didn't know Mary was still carrying Shut Up and Train. I just ordered it.

Why do you guys buy duplicates? Just curious!
I only buy duplicates of items that I use a ton and are my favorites, just in case the DVD gets broken or scratched, doesn't work any longer, or it gets lost. It's getting harder and harder to find DVDs so I like to have backups so I don't have to worry about looking for it for purchase again and having it not be available any longer.

I just wanted to let you know that Spri Slanted Risers has been discontinued. I have been searching for a pair for quite a while at a raisonable price, with no success. I found a generic brand, but they has been out of stock for more than a year. Just so you know, if you let ithem go and regret it later, it may be hard to get them back. Have you tried using them to slant your step for lunges and squats?

I hear you, there is a lot of DVDs that has been discontinued and are very hard to find! That is why I have a hard time purging sutff. That being said, I had get rid of some DVDs that I knew I wouldn't use, and I don't miss them, I try to buy stuff I think I will use. I would love to make digital copies of all my DVDs, but I am not sur how to do that, and that would take a looot of time for sure!

This!! I loved what Kat999 wrote, and thought it was very wise, but I also got a lot of anxiety reading it and the purge ones. What on earth is wrong with me. I hate clutter AND i can't let things go.

Bless y'all that are purging! I have done very small things that I wouldn't totally notice enough to panic, but I really struggle with letting a lot of it go- or doing that meaning I may never be at a level where I can use them again. That hurts even more than the purging part. i do need to tho.

LOTS of great exercises available for strengthening (and/or rehab and regressions) on inclines/declines.

I wouldn't part with owning a box(or one with a soft surface) nor would I part with slanted risers.

I just looked on Amazon for the Step 360 and couldn't find one. I'm so irritated with myself for putting off buying one. Where's a grumpy face emoji when I need it?!
