Sharona Hill just added a Motown workout this morning.
I have no idea why that symbol is up there.

I never thought I would convert to streaming, but since I started doing Brian's walking workouts on youtube I rarely use my dvds.

Focus Fitness - Brian Syuki

He uses a lot of full body movements that make the the sessions feel more challengeing than most walkng workouts I've tried. Plus, he posts new workouts every day. Some are not walking/low impact but the majority are.

More that I love:

I like Jessica Smith's Walk 'n Talks (Walk and Talks?) series. They are all about 15 minutes and are great for getting in extra steps or for re-starting after an exercise break or when not feeling up to a 'real' workout.

Brian's workouts look awesome! I love the variety of movement he uses and they are a perfect add- on length to get a little extra cardio!

I hope you like them as much as I do! To me they are a bit more than just walking because of the amount of muscle engagement, but super easy to follow. He has all different lengths too. I am often surprised by how quickly the 60 minute workouts fly by. I keep suffering from overuse injurues and he has kept me moving for the past few years!

During the basic walking segments, (30 seconds) I sometimes add alternating punches or use my Simply Fit board to get some extra ab work in, but he does have ab specific videos as well!

I did this short walk yesterday:

Mind-Body Fitness with Margaret Barry: T-Tapp Lymphatic Walking Workout 14 min

I was a bit tired yesterday and just wanted a bit of movement, not anything "fat burning". This worked well for that
