Shipping cost for 1 dvd will be around $2.76-ish if paying via paypal. (I'll calculate the exact cost once I have your zipcode since 1st class small packages are sadly now zoned as of this year.) I can send media mail if it ends up being cheaper but media mail is about $2.75 I think.

If you are going to send stamps, I believe it it will cost more than $2.76-ish in stamps.
