Leslie Sansone The Tone Every Zone Walk - What size weights?

What size weights do you use for the upper body circuit? Thanks!

I think the workout is intended for lighter weights (around 5 pounds or so), but I use 8 pounds by slowing the pace down just a little.

I usually use three or five pounds or my weighted gloves with Leslie's walks.

Thanks Penny and bfit. I'm embarrassed to say that I have been using 2 pound weights. Today I decided to try 3 pound weights and they bothered my shoulders. I was fine with 3 pounds for the biceps and triceps though.

My first thought was not to post the weights that I use because I felt embarrassed too, but I shouldn't feel that way and neither should you. We should feel good about what we are doing regardless of the amount of weight. We may work up to using more weight or continue using the same, but what is important is that we do something and that it feels good and doesn't cause pain or injury.

Sometimes I drop the weights entirely and just concentrate on contracting the muscle. Whatever little I try to accomplish is better than quitting or collapsing on my couch. Little by little. Keep it up, friends!
