Another vote for KCM and her Split Sessions Dvd.
Also, Tracey Staehle - Part Series has an Upper/Lower and Total Body workouts in one Dvd.

I just realized most of my workouts are circuits / metabolic workouts.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer Weights, Split Sessions, Muscle Up.
I love the variety of premixes on these - for the price of 3 (very reasonably priced) DVDs you'll get 6 workouts and 20-30 premixes.

For total body: Cathe's Muscle Max

For splits: Cathe's Gym Styles

Though Cathe's may be "advanced", with strength training even an advanced workout can be intermediate by using the weight that is right for you. Also you could do a shortened version of the workouts by using one of her many premixes. I use the Timesaver premixes on Gym Style quite often.

Some great ideas, thank you All! It says a lot when there are so many responses for the same videos, and a few surprises as well!

People respond differently, but I see the most gains (fat-loss or maintaining low body-fat, strength gains) when I do the non-circuit, non-metabolic, non-cardio-interspersed type weight-training workouts. The classic approach of doing a set of moderate to low reps with heavy weight, resting and then the next set. Cathe's older strength workouts (STS and earlier) and the P90X strength type workouts are great for this. I also like the programs in the New Rules series of books.

In addition to the other Cathe workouts listed, Cathe's Push Pull is a sleeper for her but a very good strength workout. Heavy up - the reps are 10-12 per set and you alternate between pushing/pulling exercises, so chest/back, bi/tri, etc. Has some great premixes on it.

Kelly Coffey Meyer's newest, Muscle Up, is also an excellent choice.
