Ugi Ball PDF Workouts
I found a while ago some Ugi pdf workouts all about 30 minutes created by Shari (a personal trainer) for her clients. And I thought to post it here in case someone else was interested.
Ugi Bootcamp 1: "Two weeks of focussed workouts (3 per week) designed to get the heart rate up for cardiovascular benefits plus ultra fat-burng. Each workout focusses on either the upper, lower or core muscles. Do 1 workout each day or combine them for a super-workout!"
