Thanks for the info on the workouts! When I asked the rep at Ugi they made it sound like they where the same workouts.

Unless they're now selling the 6-set DVD pack with the ball? When I bought mine (about a year ago?) it was just one DVD with 5 different 30-min workouts on it.

Bodyrock has a lot of workouts that utilize the Ugi, and this gal just started doing real time workouts with a Ugi:

This clips is a Bodyrock "lite" workout. I tagged this on after my kettlebell circuit this morning. It's a good little workout:

Was trying to ignore this expensive piece of equipment but these links have just put it on my Christmas list. I'm so easily enabled.......

Terry - I absolutely love the Extreme Core workout! I try to do it at least once a week. I don't have the Ugi ball but have found it pretty easy to use my smaller stability ball or even no equipment and still get a great workout.

I had DOMs after doing that short youtube clip that Debbie linked.

The Ugi is pricey but can be used in any ways.

Terry,
Do not give up TA. Your physique shows it works for you. .

Pie, I paid full price for mine, and it's been worth every penny.

Found another link for some workouts. This gal just started doing some Ugi workouts. They're 15 minutes long:

I'll post links as I come across them. I'll also post BR links that use the Ugi.

You know, I find Zuzana very likeable and charming, but what is it with all these fit ladies looking a bit like Zuzana clones in their clothing, poses, body type, presentation, general look. Okay, I am sure many would love to look like Zuzana or any of these fit ladies. I am almost worried the Ugi ball might turn me into one. (Meant with some jealousy and admiration, the workouts look good).

Is the other Ugi set this one? http://ugifit.com/shop/products/total-body-dvd-set I never heard of it before. I don't think I am looking to buy a new system, but am curious. I already promised myself a new Horizontal Conditioning dvd in the future, but must now spend any more money on dvds or equipment for while.

There's many out there.

Here is another one:

Her stuff is actually good, too, but she isn't using an Ugi yet. She does use a really cool looking sandbag sling type tool though.

She's using a Bulgarian Bag.

This is the official website. He has a DVD, but there is plenty of clips on youtu. He has used BB on sale.

http://www.suples.com/

Quite expensive...don't worry.

Is easy to made your own Bulgarian Bag.

http://www.mountainstrength.com/arti...arian-bag.html

I prefer a sandbag though.

BTW the UGI looks really cool and comfortable. Better than a medicine ball. I may get it in a future

.......
Rip60 also has a much cheaper knock off bag for anyone interested (it goes to 20lbs). You probably get what you pay for but for someone not using it often it could be a nice option.
