I think P90X2 is the most underrated series. I know some people don't like them, but if you are looking for balance and core work - this is the series. HC doesn't interest me - to me it just looks like torture, not fun. (I know a lot of people who like it, so I could be wrong). P90X2 is challenging and the first time through you'll be spending a lot of time figuring out the balance trick, but the second and third times through really provide a challenge.

Yes, I agree -- if balance and core work is what you want, P90X2 is fantastic. I don't use these workouts alone as a system, but I do include them in my own rotation, and I think they are great balance workouts (esp. Balance and Power, X2 Core, and Total Body).

Thank all for the suggestions The ART Method and Quick Sculpt Pilates are on my way on trade along with other items. I'm close to caving for One on One - On One Leg and One on One - 4 legs, but I want to focus on my current rotation. I'm sooooo interested on standing workouts on one leg and also with very long isometrics holds!!!!!!!

Today, I did V-Core Dynamics + the floor planks/abs section as a add on. My legs were tire because I did some Plyos with JNL. I really felt it today. I think this is perfect as post-exaution workout after a heavy leg workout. I'll be using it like that on my rotation. When your legs are already fatigued, that's when the challenge begins with V-Core. My HR went really high due to the balance challenge. During the week I did V-Core basics right after JNL Lean Legs and was wobbling this time lol Well, I used up to 50 pounds dumbells so the legs were already destroyed

I this workout. I want V-CORE 2

This is exactly the way I use V-Core as well. I really like adding on balance challenges to tough workouts when I'm already pretty spent. My balance isn't good before the tough workout though - I just think I like the quality of that particular kind of workout at the end when i still want to do a little more work but nothing tough on my body. It is also fun for me, even though I am not very good at it.

PS - have you tried the DDP Stand Up (it's in package #2, I got package #2)? I think I remember hearing you got it. I did this for the first time the other morning and really enjoyed the balance challenges in it.

Great!!!! I'm getting into Pack 2 next week. I already did all workouts of Pack 1 this week.

I'm glad you as crazy as me to add V-core after being spent. Is brutal and fun at the same time

Power 4 Pink Workout by Patricia Friberg is balanced focused- not 100% but it does have a lot in it.
