The upper body section of Do More Pilates Standing has a lot of balance moves -- it is kind of like V-Core Lite.

Elegant Strength with Petra Kolber has a lot of balance moves.

Classical Stretch/Essentrics incorporates balance challenges.

Thanks Donna for the head up

Lucia or IrishOT- Which volume One on One Leg is located?

ETA: I just found is on Volume 2. The workouts on that volume look pretty good too.

Sharaz: I'm not sure how good your balance currently is. Mine is not so good and I love workouts that challenge my not so good balance. I keep intending to work on balance more but I often get distracted from my goals.

Workouts that I enjoy that challenge balance:

V-Core (Emily Splichal also has few other workouts you might want to checkout)
Stacey Lei Krauss: WillPower and Grace
Shannon Fable - Balletone

I agree with Sandra's recommendation of Do more pilates standing.
There is an older "The Method" workout called Standing Pilates Blend by Katalin Zamiar that I enjoy.
10 Minute Solution: Quick Sculpt Pilates with Andrea Leigh Rogers has a good standing Pilates segment.
Leah Sarago ballet body - Namely Standing Abs series
Bernadette Giorgi: Attitude Ballet Pilates Fusion
Kari Anderson: Center Floor

I also enjoy workouts that challenge balance on all fours:
Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis
Tracie Long - Figure 30 Hips
Terri Walsh The A.R.T. Method

There are others I enjoy too

desertMermaid - that's list is awesome. I'm good with balance because I have strong legs/core, but is still challenging specially with V-Core where you are 50-ish minute standing on one leg. When I get to V-Core 2nd workout my ROM starts to drop. So, there is still room to improve yet and for me the workout is still a killer. It challenge me physically and mentally. She look so beautiful on that standing front kick wow!!! a perfect "L" I want to lift my leg as high as her

The balance on four, interest me too. I tasted that type of exercises on the Rushfit series. I did Rushfit Core yesterday and the workout has some nice side/front plank sequence where you lift two limbs at the same time. Thanks for the sugguestions, now I have other workouts to put on my radar

I just did the balance section of Tracie Long's Reach Further today. WOW! Do I need to work on my balance. It's only a 10 minute segment but I was wobbling all over the place...

Tony's One on One Legs was the precursor to P90X2. The first 4-6 weeks (however long you wish to do it) is unique balance work similar to One on One Legs. A lot of 1 leg work as well as balance work with the stability ball, etc. Probably some of my favorite workouts of all times. The second and third rounds are more traditional weight work but still have a strong balance focus. I P90X2.

I just did the Total Body Trisets premix from Cathe's LIS series. It's rather long (just over 80 minutes), but it's really challenging and many of the moves require good balance. It's also tons of fun!

I don't like V-Core but it's good for me. Sigh. I will probably get V-Core 2. I also do Classical Stretch daily and there's balance work with those. Petra's Elegant Strength also has balance--I didn't keep that one. It moved very slowly for me and wasn't challenging enough.
