Beginners Circuit Workout?

Is there a good circuit workout (alt cardio and weights) available for a beginner or low intermediate level?

Thanks for any suggestions!

I enjoy Prevention 3 2 1 circuit.

I second the Prevention 3-2-1 workout with Chris Freytag. It's fun and great for a beginner. The total length is 45 minutes including 6 circuits, a warm up, and a cool down.

Another vote for 3-2-1 Circuit.

I also recommend Karen Voight's Burn & Firm.

Leslie Sansone makes 2 workouts both called Walk Strong; one is Walk Strong Express. The alternate between intervals of cardio and strength. Walk & Firm with Intervals is another workout like that but IMO, it's a little more challenging than the first two.

Prevention 3-2-1 popped right into my head, too.

Some beginner/lower intermediate circuit workouts I enjoy are:

> Absolute Beginners Cardio Dance Interval Workout
> Debra Mazda's Let's Get Moving 2
> Leslie's Walk It Off & Tone It Up
> Flat Belly Workout! Walk Off Belly Fat (It's a walking workout with circuits of abs exercises)

I forgot to mention Kathy Smith's Matrix Power Walk. I wouldn't call it a true circuit, but it has standing ab work and light weights interspersed throughout the walk. The pace is similar to a moderate to brisk Leslie Sansone.
