Well, it was raining yesterday morning, so I did Leslie's Weight Loss Walk, & I couldn't believe it, but the walk is chaptered: warmup, 1 mile, 1.5 mile, 1.5 mile, then cooldown. You can also get to the different sections from the main menu. There are more "new" moves than I had listed before: out-out-in-in march, tap outs, back lunge taps (she only does that once, though), & 8 repeater knees. She also does mild combinations of moves: walk forward, do 2 knees, walk back, do 2 knees & double side steps with a knee a the end. I have come to get used to Leslie's lack of choreography, but I wish she had kept it more interesting like this walk.

The newest 5 Really Big Miles has now been added to my list of Leslie's best workouts.

Leslie's two mile Walkaerobics is my favorite-she has more varied steps, there is that nice mural in the background, and she has instrumental versions of some old pop songs. It was also the first two mile Leslie I ever used, so I am sentimental about it.

How about "The Big Burn - Two Miles of Intervals"? I am looking for something a little faster tempo...

I store my DVDs in DiscGear-22s, and I devote one side (11 slots) to my Leslies. I usually do them "my" way, i.e. use dumbbells when she doesn't, jog when she doesn't, add my own moves, etc. so I don't care about walks specifically geared for arms or abs or whatever. These are the ones with enough variety (moves, sets, background walkers) and passable music that have made my cut (I like space-saving compilations):

1. Deluxe Walk (older 2-mile and 4-mile walks)
2. 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
3. Exercise TV AHA Start! 3 Mile Walk
4. Punch Up Your Walk 4 Mile Walk
5. Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles
6. Walk Slim Fast Firming: 4 Really Big Miles
7. Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles (the newest)
8. Advanced 5-Mile Walk
9. 5-Mile Fat Burning Walk
10. WATP Fat Burning Miles (Walk & Jog, Walk & Kick, Walk Strong & Power Mile)
11. WATP Ultimate Collection (1,2,3,4 miles, mostly the Express series)

ETA: On VHS I still - and will always - have WAP Abs 1-Mile Super Challenge.

I love the "1-Mile Super Challenge". I wish she would put it out on DVD. I also like her original "2-Mile Walk". I can't do more than about 30-minutes of Leslie - after that I get bored.

I love the Advanced 5 mile walk. It has a lot of gimmicks, the hand weights for 1 mile, the walk belt for 1 mile, a stretchie band for 1 mile, then 2 miles that are fast with no equipment. I love the set and love the outfits!
