I have the abs workout on Gaiam's Abs Conditioning compilation, and had the lower body one on the companion Lower Body Conditioning compilation, which I sold because it was too easy. (The Abs compilation includes a challenging Pilates workout, so I won't be getting rid of that one any time soon.)

They are beautifully filmed outdoors, Suzanne has a very calming prescence, but they really are beginner workouts. They would be good for a beginner looking for a non-intimidating intro to ball workouts, but I don't think they would be a good purchase for more advanced exercisers.

I have all three and I do enjoy all of them. Here are some reviews to check out.

At one time, all three were available on one DVD, but Gaiam discontinued it. I had that dvd and traded it. The workouts simply aren't that hard. However, if you want relaxing ball workouts with absolutely gorgeous scenery, you might like them.

I had the same impression. If relaxation is your goal, these workouts do feel kind of soothing.

I have and enjoy them from time to time, primarily on days when I need a good stretch. There are a few challenging moves on each but the majority of each video is deep stretching and attention to breath work. I always feel relaxed and lengthened after enjoying one. That said, I do not reach for them often. But I'll never get rid of them.

For a little more of a Pilates workout, I also enjoy Suzanne's Balance Ball Fitness for Weight Loss, which uses the ball to emulate a reformer workout.
