Dvds similar to Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason

I recently moved and I need to add to my yoga collection. I was taking classes at a yoga studio, but there are no yoga studios near my new place. Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason is my favorite video. It is also the one closest to the classes I was taking.

I need suggestions for other dvds that are similar to this one. All I seem to be able to find are flow/power yoga which I just don't click with. Thanks for your help.

You might try:
Element Am And Pm Yoga For Beginners - Elena Brower
Yoga Complete for Every Body - JJ Gormley
AM PM Yoga for Beginners - Barbara Benagh
Yoga to the Rescue, Feel Good from Head to Toe - Desiree Rumbaugh
Backyard Series: Beginning Yoga - Erich Schiffmann - one of my very favs! It's a bit long at 85 min but pure yoga at it's best!
Altar of the Heart - Tilak Pyle - another long but wonderful one with awesome instruction

There are good vf reviews on all of these.
Good luck!
Pam

Deason teaches more in the Iyengar style, so you might want to keep that in mind when looking for options. I believe that she has a similar DVD called "Yoga Conditioning for Women" which you might like. In addition, Rodney Yee's Yoga Conditioning for Athletes is fairly similar in stye as well.

Try Max Strom Yoga. Lovely, lovely practice. You can do the entire 90minute practice, or the shorter 45 minute. It's wonderful.

I agree with everything Pam recommended. Suzanne Deason is a favorite of mine, too. Other flow-less or less flowing options from Gaiam are AM and PM Yoga with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden, Yee's AM Yoga for Your Week and Ultimate Power Yoga (not really power yoga, only one segment has sun salutes) and Deason's AM and PM Yoga for Weight Loss. This one is great because it has a bonus segment so you get three 20 minute practices.

I've also been enjoying Element Yoga for Relaxation and Flexibility. Two 30 minute or so programs that focus on hatha yoga and not sun salutations.

ETA: I bought an OOP video from Amazon Marketplace, Yoga for Relaxation and Meditation. It has a lovely restorative practice with Patricia Walden and several Yee practices I have not yet tried. For this one you'll need a bolster and blankets but it is a nice way to delve into restorative and meditative yoga outside the studio.
