- ARC Aerobic Resistance Conditioning DVD with Gay Gasper by Body Fit/Sports Authority, workout DVD provided with BodyFit Wave (similar to FIRM Wave)
- Tanja Djelevic Resistance Cord Workout DVD - originally came with resistance tubing, no equipment included

Hi! I am new to this. Someone is going to send me one of the ones they posted on here. But besides a padded envelope , how do we calculate postage - such as how many stamps are needed? Thanks for any help !

mommy2, just take a dvd to the post office with you, put it in the enevlope that is going to be returned to you..don't close it...and have them weigh it there so you'll know exactly how many stamps to use and dont forget to take the dvd out before you mail the package! oh and I usually put my name and address in the return address as well. hope this helps andi sn't too confusing. oh and then put the empty sase into your other envelop and they will weigh it to put on the right amount of stamps.

Some DVD cases are heavier than others, and some DVDs contain booklets, etc. I would send 5 stamps just to be safe.

I have *some* mailers, so I'll be glad to use them til they're gone (just need stamps). Once the mailers run out, I need full SASE. Feel free to request multiples (I have big mailers, just be mindful of postage increase).
