Well after trying to figure out exactly which of Lee's and Karen's DVD's to meet everybody's individual needs......today my aunt, my mom, and my cousin each got an order in for ''Healthy Joints & Bones." So much for tailoring a specific program! But I think it was the right choice for all of them. Thanks for all the input, everyone.

I don't know, but if not they must think the Qi Gong fairies are smiling down! Or at least the cha-Qi is flowing.

Thanks to those of you who mentioned Donna Eden in this thread. I have been doing some of her techniques that I found online. Last week I pulled an intercostal muscle or possibly a fractured rib. I swear I felt better after doing the exercises and massages. I don't need painkillers anymore, not even Advil.

I also placed an order for a couple Lee Holden dvds and will join the check-in when I receive them.

Or that a lot more people are watching his show than actually get it. (Well - I've never checked our PBS stations because I don't watch any morning or afternoon TV and my TV watching hours usually run sometime between 7 and 11 - so I don't catch infomercials either. Does he do infomercials??).

I'm thinking about ordering several and would like to know about the music on them. Which ones have piano music and which have more oriental music? I realize I can always play my own music in the background but would like to know what's on the dvds.

Judith, the ones with more Oriental music and the greener and (in my opinion) more serene woodsy background are: Flow for Beginners, Stress, Upper Back and Lower Back. Anything with a blue cover (Digestion, Seniors, etc.) is filmed at Sand Harbor, which is still beautiful, and might have the piano music or a faster background type music. I'm not sure about the newer ones, such as Moving Meditation. Hope that helps!
