Aww, Thanks for the thought Diana! But sadly I don't have a vhs player anymore, although my parents have one that does both vhs and dvd. So I could do it there, but really probably isn't going to happen. I could invest in either the player my parents have or get a dvd player that is region 2 compatible.
Hmmmm...

Is it your lapton in particular, or do you reckon all laptops play region 2 dics?

I have the Body workout too, but bought a cheapo Philips player that easily converted to region-free. It's a blast getting region 2 (or whatever) DVDs!

Yay new Karen DVDs!!!!

I emailed Karen to see if these are going to be available on her site, and she just replied:

Yes, I put them on amazon.com and I am working on getting them up on my
website which may take another week or so. You can order now on Amazon or
call us and we can ship you directly. Or you can email all your info to us
and we can process and ship it as well. Our phone number is 310 459 4310

I need to wait a couple of weeks before I can order (just had to see the dentist yesterday for a new crown, and my credit card can't handle that AND new Karen DVDs in the same month), but then I'll get them directly from her site.

Woohoo!!!

I think Karen has always produced her own stuff, although I may be mistaken.

I'm interested in hearing about the stretching workout, as I'd like a less-serious-Karen version of her previous stretch workout.

Not so sure about the other one (I'm not that keen on Karen's weight work, as she tends to use one weight for all moves, and often goes right from one move that should use a heavier weight--ie: lat rows--to a move that needs a lighter weight--ie: tricep kickbacks, so either one or both moves use inappropriate weights.)
