Ah, Joni you caught me. Of course i was kidding - Gaiam would never really do such a thing

ETA - She had two strength workouts. There was one on VHS that was packaged with a body bar; not sure that one was ever out on DVD. She also had a strength workout with dumbbells & that one was on both VHS & DVD, together with a stretch workout, and they were part of the walking fit kit.

I know she has a "Daily Stretch" DVD (which is different from AM/PM and also different from the one that was part of the Walking Fit package.) And I think there is one more stretch DVD, but I still can't think of the name.

The dvd in a cardboard sleeve that came with the walking set I received was called
