I'm still excited about these but I wish that the upper body workout had been divided by body part instead of exercise equipment. If you're working each body part in each section, I don't think you'll get as much work in as you would if you did a ten minute section with just two body parts. Even if you combine various sections, each section has so much crammed into it that you end working nothing thoroughly. I'd prefer her to do something like: Back/Biceps/Shoulders; Chest/Triceps and then maybe have a tubing section and a weights section for each.

Got a response from Mindy about using dumbbells...She told me you can use weights for the strength sets but they used the body bar to push off the many jumping sets. You can also use a broom handle...I am sure Collage will have clips for each workout and then you can decide whether or not to purchase them..

Body Bar workouts are, for me, a nice way to work when I want to change things up, or I need a recovery type workout. She has a gliding one - Power and Grace, that is just wonderful. Lots of functional fitness moves and balance work, and it's an hour long. You use both a body bar and the gliding discs. I just love it.
