I'll be darned, it's been re-released AGAIN!!

I do like the original a bit better than the Express, simply because I like dumbbells better than dynabands. You could use dumbbells with the Express workout, probably, just mimicking the movements. I might try that next time. I like them BEST done back-to-back for a one-hour workout, though. I've never done them separately, actually!

Of course, that might be because I only GOT them this week...

OK, the cover of the original Walk Strong that I have is this one, it's third down in the left hand column (and there's a nice clip if you're interested in seeing a bit of it!

I wonder why Collage doesn't offer this one since there is a new release of it? They carry the Express but not the original. Interesting.

Thanks CJN. I have moved away from Leslie quite a while ago. Gymratt has not been on here for a long time.

Restarting with Leslie. The advantage of restarting is that there is so much room for improvement and it is fun to progress, right?

I think Collage offers the Express Walk Strong because its hard to find retail, so they can charge what they want for it. The WATP Walk Strong released with the pink cover can be found just about anywhere & cheaply. Uner $10 usually, but I think Target charges $12 or so. So, Collage can't make money on it.
