Something else I've noticed.........
is that the fitness magazines have picked up on the balance ball craze in the last year or so and usually have exercises in every issue. If you visit shape.com and go through their exercise archives (mostly for abs); there are tons of different things. One of my new goals since I have discovered how hard ab work is on the ball is to train my abs 3x per week and try 2 new exercises at least every week. The latest issue of M&F Hers has some balance ball exercises in it as well for both abs and glutes.
Thanks for the recommendations. I think I'm going to get the Livings Arts set since I can get it so cheap.
