I have to recommend Mady Morrison on YT for stretching. She has full body stretches- 5 minutes up to 30 minutes. Also, she has stretches for specific body parts- legs, back, neck & shoulders, etc. Her stretching is soothing and very good!

I use this one sometimes, as it is all lying down. Perfect for when I need to stretch but just not feeling up for much:

Kayleigh Cohen came out with a new floor stretch a couple of days ago. She holds each stretch for 30 seconds.
