Do you have a favorite Leslie Walk?

I have a lot of Leslie walks and will acquire more if I can figure out which ones I’m missing. My favorites are ones that have some combination of good music, a fast pace, Mary Kay leading a portion of the workout and/or background exercisers I like. Currently I’ve been doing her 5 Boosted miles a lot. I like some of the music, I like the background exercisers and the pace is good. Do you have a favorite Leslie and why is it your favorite?

i like the ones that use weights.

Walk It Off in 30 Days
Tone Every Zone
Short Cuts (no walking in this one - it's pure weights; well chaptered for easy add-ons)
Firm Off Weight (vintage)
Firm Up Fast (vintage)
*WATP original (weighted balls!)

*edited to add this one - my all-time favorite

I do the 20 minute walk on the Tone Every Zone DVD. Thanks for reminding me about Walk It Off in 30 Days - I’ll have to do that one this afternoon.

I like her 3 milers the most, as 45 minutes is what I prefer for cardio. I don't pay much attention to the music in Leslie's workouts, but like when Mary Kay leads.

3 Mile Weight Loss Walk: bright set and a Mary Kay mile
3 Fast Miles: Mary Kay leads for a few minutes. Mostly I like the group of exercisers, and that the whole workout moves at a brisk clip.
If I do a longer Leslie I like 4 Fast Miles (with the James Brown doll) because I like the group of exercisers.

I have a ton of Leslies, but only do them once in a while. The one I always reach for now is one of her latest - Walk to the Hits Party Songs. I love the music and Leslie's still maniacal energy.

That's my favorite 4-mile, too! Great music, I like the boosts and the group.

My favorite shorter (40 min) is the Super Burn on Walk Off Fat Fast, I think I can recite it verbatim! Again, great music, good group (no boosts, just fast walking)

My favorites are the Start! walks from Exercise TV. I have one that's 3 miles and another that has both 1 and 2 mile walks on it. Leslie is by herself in these.

I've been doing her 10-minute walk blasters and the Advanced 5-Mile walk (usually just do 2 or 3 of the miles).
