My all time favorite is Maximum Body Sculpting with Tracie Long. I actually did a blog post about my favorites last year. I don't really post on my blog that much, but here ya go:

Gary - Thank you so much for this link! I'm very new to the Firm and am so totally confused! I have some VHS firms that I paid pennies for at the thrift store and have some others but I have NO idea what classic firms are. It seems like there are tons of Firm workouts out there! I am totally lost and confused.....but your blog post certainly helped clear things up.

Again, THANK YOU!!

You're welcome Carol! It's been two years since I wrote that. Now I don't dread Volume 3 nearly as much as I did back then.

Digging this out, cause I've rediscovered my love of the Firm. Esp the Classics and ones through late 90s early 2000s.

Wish they were still being made like that. Ok, with updated outfits lol.

I have liked the Firm since the mid 90's, still enjoy some of their workouts but find I like them in smaller doses now. I like the mid to late 90's era the best, and kept 6 from that era. I initially didn't mind the classics but have moved on from them.
