Oh, thanks! I think I recently traded Pure Strength as I thought the music was too dated - just looked through my workouts and couldn't find it
I do have the Gymstyles and use the shorter premixes of them from time to time. I was thinking maybe they were too fast or had too many reps for very heavy weights but I suppose that could be modified if it is the case.
I do have Ripped with Hiit and the X-Train workouts but not Burn Sets - I must have traded that one.
Push Pull and Super Sets are old favorites I haven't done for a while.
