Trainer's Edge Cardio Interval Training with Petra Kolber. I can't remember the titles, but Debbie Rocker and Madeleine Lewis have made some walking workouts with intervals of light weight work. You might also give Collage a call and ask them.

I just noticed that Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt is on sale at Collage and it's listed intermediate.

Prevention's 400 calorie Fix and the New Spark People workout led by coach Nicole come to mind. You can see clips on: www.collagevideo.com
Check into Chris Freytag's other Prevention workouts too.

I think Kelly Coffey-Meyer's The Shape of Things to Come (uses a step, but can do without) would work well if you keep the weights light. In fact, Kelly has many circuit type workouts that beginners should be able to do by following her modifier, Lauren.
