Question Tamilee Webb's "Abs of Steel: Intense Abdominal Workout"

I'm considering buying Tamilee's Abs of Steel: Intense Abdominal Workout.

I've been reading the reviews, but I can't find a list of the exercises that are in this program. (I also can't find any videos to preview.) Can anyone help me? I'd just like to know what to expect.

I have that VHS. I believe there are 2 workouts on it that are about 15 minutes each. One is a little more lower ab focused than the other. They are all traditional crunch type moves. (It is an old tape after all). They work you good, but you gotta like situps!

Actually, this one has three 10 minute routines. Does anyone know what some of the exercises are?

"Tamilee" and "intense" are not two words I usually combine.

I had the original Tamilee abs of steel video - in fact it was my first ever video. It's from the mid 90's, I believe (at least that's when I got it). IIRC it's all on the floor, on your back ab work, so if you go in for that sort of thing or want just to buck the current trend against it, it might be for you.

I e-mailed Tamilee and she told me the abs workout on her Best of Tamilee: Buns, Abs, and Arms is a remake of Abs of Steel: Intense Abdominal Workout. That's on my Best of Tamilee: Abs! Abs! Abs! DVD, so I'm not interested. Total Fitness DVDs actually does have a clip: The Classic Buns of Steel Collection, Volume 1
