Karen, the consummate professional and arguably one of the very best physiques in the business! I have all the ones mentioned here and they really are very good. Highly recommended!

I love Karen Voight

Adore her new Full Body Stretch, it is PURE bliss

and also like her Ballet Body workout. Karen can't put out a bad workout, it's just not possible for her, she is the gold standard of instructors

I agree!!! I love her dry personality, she cues impeccably and she looks amazing. Right now I've got:

Sleek Physiqe (which has Burn & Firm)
Great Weighted Workout
Ballet Body Sculpt
Pure & Simple Stretch
Total Body Stretch

I feel sad that some of her older wo are really getting dated visually and that affects me. I do not use some of them, like Great WWO and Pure ASS anymore because of that.

Hi Santa, I wanted to say thanks again for the KV's for Christmas. Such great workouts

so lovely to watch too.

Also, the bodum Travel mug is awesome. It keeps drinks hot for several hours. I was very impressed. I've only used cheapy travel mugs in the past, they go cold in 30 minutes or less.
