I also have to vote for Candlelight Yoga (Sarah Ivanhoe) and Pure Tranquility (Rainbeau Mars). Those are the epitome of stretchy-relaxey to me

Maui Pilates is mostly stretching, it's very relaxing.

My favorite is Molly Fox's Yoga Stretches & relaxes. It starts with sun salutations to warm up, then goes into the stretching poses. It's only about 30 minutes long, but it is very thorough.

P90 X Stretch is a favorite of mine for stretching. Quite a bit of Yoga in it. For more traditional but still relaxing Yoga I like Yoga with Ateeka.

To stretch a little and then really relax, definitely the lunar practice on Shiva Rea's Yoga Chant (note: this is a cd/audio practice). Also:
The lunar practice on Yoga Radiance (mostly, though, because it's very pretty)
Jennifer Kries's Yin Yoga (I like the Advanced option - not more advanced, just more posed added)
Rainbeau Mars's Pure Tranquility
The lunar practice on Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti

For stretching (non-yoga):
Karen Voight's Pure and Simple Stretch (I usually skip the standing part)
Shorter options (both are audio):
Itrain: IStretch Combination Meditative set 24 (~14min)
Sage Rountree Podcast (so it's free!): Yin Hips (~14min)
