These were for sale a while ago at Barnes and Noble, and I tried them both. The instruction is OK, but the music, background, clothes, equipment, and all of that seems sort of amateurish. There is only Nicole in all of the segments which was kind of boring to me. In the toning DVD the toning is very basic and not very hard. The only reason I kept this DVD was that sometimes my husband is looking for something short, basic, and easy to follow for abs or upper body, and he does segments from this now and then. The cardio DVD I did not keep. The walking segment was ridiculously easy, the old fashioned floor aerobics one was really repetitive and boring, and the jump rope part was also very repetitive. All in all, it seems like Nicole is a competent instructor, but these workouts aren't very well made or thought out.
