Update on Mindy Mylrea's latest workout DVDs: BOSU & WORKout

Mindy sent me a short email response telling me that the presale for her two new workout DVDs is going to start by the end of this week.

A few more details about the workouts here on the new releases calendar.

Mindy gushes that these workouts are "her BEST ever!" I'm looking forward to review comments.

Thanks for the update Dawn. I was going to email her myself today to find out what's going on as I hadn't heard anything for a few weeks.

It's weird how the bosu one is being released (hopefully) by the end of the week but there's no mention of it at all on her website. I usually don't order something until I see some reviews but a bosu workout with Mindy, especially one called best of bosu, makes this one I'll gladly get without any.

Mindy just sent me an email, the presale is on for her two new workouts and they should begin shipping out around the end of this month. She's updated her website with some info and the DVDs are pre-selling for $15 each here.

Put simply, check the "new releases" section

I'm definitely getting the bosu one but I'm not sure about the other. All Systems Go was the only Mindy I didn't like because of all the impact and I have a feeling WORKout will be the same.
