Hi, maybe I can help on this one !

I have this one, ordered it from
Gaiam. The bar is actually a 9 lb bar, not 6. I ordered it because I wanted
a 6 lb bar but when I got it the box said 9 and the dvd indicates 9, also
I could tell it wasn't 6 lbs. It is actually exactly like the Firm 9 lb bar
except Firm's is green and Gaiam's is a light blue. The dvd is pretty good
well chaptered. I called them when I got it because they had to send me
another dvd cause the one I had was freezing, etc., and I told them it was
9 lbs and not 6 as indicated in the catalog and maybe they would want to
change that...but apparently they didn't ! I kept it anyway, after every-
thing because I ordered it early on and had to wait and wait for it and then
they ended up shipping it to me overnight free so I think their customer
service was awesome....and I got the replacement dvd very quickly too
and it was fine. So I have 2 9 lb bars !

Too bad they didn't pay attention and change their catalog & web site! I've seen some complaints about Gaiam customer service, but I recently bought the "Restorative Exercise for Strong Bones" kit from them and, when my DVD didn't play right either (it was actually warped), they sent me a new one within three days.

Can I ask, how long is the workout on the DVD (and is there more than one?)
