Daisy - Tanja Djelevic has three different ones . Core Cross Train BalanceBall, Cardio BalanceBall and Total Body Challenge BalanceBall. Core and Cardio are sold individually (there are clips on Collage), but Total Body Challenge is only sold in a kit that includes a ball and a resistance band (and I think a Suzanne Deason ball workout too).

Libby - I like Body Ball & Bar Basics with Mindy Mylrea. It comes on VHS by itself, or on DVD with another ball workout called Equanimity led by LaShaun Dale. I don't have Equanimity, but I've read good reviews for it. I also like Karen Voight's BLT (Butt Legs Tummy on a Ball) - it is short, so I use it as an add on after a cardio workout. Karen has another one called Slim Toning on a Ball (I didn't care for that one, but I don't remember why). If you get FitTv, you can get a good idea of what Patrick G.'s ABC workouts are like by watching him on All Star Workouts.

ETA - I was just at the Body Bar web site. Looks like their "On the Ball" DVD with the two ball workouts on it is being discontinued and they will now be offered on separate DVDs.

My Gaiam ball actually came with two dvds. One by Susanne Deason and the other by Tanja. The one by Tanja is the only one I tried and it was about 70 minutes and left me feeling like I hadn't really worked out. I'll probably try the one by Susanne too just to see what it's like. Thanks for your input!

I have On the Ball with Mindy (30min) and LaShaun (1hr). The music is awesome and the moves are progressively challenging. Mindy's starts out a bit basic but gets more challenging at the end. LaShaun shows different levels. I love them both. I'm really glad I have this in my repetoire.

ETA: I also really like Finding Your Core w/ Susan Harris, which is functional moves using DB's. Cathe's Total Body Sculpting (comes with Low Impact Step) is a good ball workout that uses dumbells.

Cathe's Push/Pull isn't specifically for the stability ball, but it uses it a lot.

I need to pull this one out. I bought it during Mindy's sale last Christmas but haven't tried it yet. Thanks for the info.
