Ooty, I gave my father the General Wellness tape by Belleruth when he had heart surgery & he liked it (I like it too & recently replaced my cassette with a CD, although I usually choose Yoga Nidra for myself). I also have her book, she has scripts & you could record one for him which might be very special since you are so far away.
