Leslie 1-Mile Jog or 1-Mile Booster?

I have a Collage credit and these are the only two Leslies they sell which I don't have. I have nearly all of Leslie's workouts and love them all. I was wary of spending that much money just for one mile, especially as I have quite a few one-mile workouts already, but I want to use my credit and I know Leslie is a reliable instructor for me. I know I will getuse out of either workout. I am leaning more toward 1-Mile Jog right now because I like Walk & Jog and because I sometimes get impatient fiddling with gadgets. But I am open to convincing if 1-Mile Booster is extra-fabulous. Comments?

I have both, and would definitely suggest the jogging one. The one mile booster would be too easy for you.

Walmart has been selling both dvds together in one case for around $15.00.

Are you sure you wouldn't want to try another instructor? Collage's price is very expensive for such a short workout.

I agree w/ Sherry.........If you definitely want to use your GC on those 2 workouts.......go w/ the jog. The booster workout will be okay to tack on to another workout, but it would be way too easy to do just by itself. For that one, you basically pick your favorite booster and use it throughout the workout. The jog workout is jogging and all those other "boosted mile" moves (ie leg swings, fast kicks, etc.) throughout the whole thing.

Like Sherry suggested, I'd try to get to a Walmart before I spent that GC on these workouts at Collage.

Is this only Walmart USA that has it in a double? I have not seen any Leslie in the Walmart here. If I can find or trade or swap-buy for the 2for1 disc, perhaps I can use the GC on something else Off to check out the swap!

I just looked at the clip of the 1 mile jog at Collage. . . . I think I need this. It really looked good, there were some different moves that Leslie does not normally do.

also found mine at Sam's in January 07 - i want to emphasize that both workouts are on 1 disc. i also did not see it at walmart, although walmart had the 5-mile and sam's did not.

I saw them at Kmart and Best Buy (and I think Target?) on one DVD if that helps.

But if you are deciding, go for the Jog
